I thought there had to be 2 police personel present too and given he's from the dog department I would of told him to GTF
I'm sure your lawyer would have a field day with this mate so just appeal

Just because he's a dog officer doesn't make him any less of a policeman. He still has the same powers.
Don't think there have to be two to issue a parking endorsement but to actually pull you over needs two *I think*.

First of all learn how to write/type/speak properly
Seems rather steep giving you points & a fine, I suggest you make a complaint. If the area has CCTV then see if any of the other cars you've seen parked there have been given points/fines etc
If not then ask why. Maybe you're been singled out, but don't just assume that its because you're young.
Go down ASAP
But definately learn how to talk properly first....

Try http://forums.pepipoo.com/ for advise, not sure how cctv works for evidence but sure there had to be more than 1 officer present for him to book you - its only his word against yours !

i wouldnt produce , go to court , say that the police man who turned up said that the only reason he is giving the points is due to him "not getting it in the back"
tbh i didnt think they could issue points for this , ive been up a one way the wrong way and got off with it .
i am 99% they can only issue a fine

There doesn't have to be two when you are on camera Just accept you were wrong and learn from it.

its not his word against the coppers as its on cctv, you can be given points for it too. Its harsh but will just have to pay up and be carefull
innit!

im sure parking in adversley marked areas carries a fine only, although it could be considered disobeying road markings, was it a ts50? I got a ts50 for going up a one way street the wrong way

If you spoke to the officer in the same way you type then no wonder you were fined.

I am a Police officer and the fine and points is correct.
Its is an Endorsable Fixed Penalty offence to park within the controlled area(Zig Zags) of a Pedestrian Crossing.
You would have been given a standard ticket which the Officer would have written out.
Contest it if you wish, but you are on CCTV so kinda banged to rights. Take it onthe chin and dont do it agian.
