Barca cheated last season and lost greg. You'll be alright. Same as Real cheated last night and lost.

Still think that was well wrong, Barca play very well and Ronaldhino is quality but that has pissed me off.

Ref got scared and ruined the game.

Think about it this way
He nearly broke messi's leg witht he first challenge!!!! studs went right down his leg. He would have had a straight red for that in other games.......

He should have had a yellow for that and the foul he got sent off for was a yellow.

Its right he's off the pitch

James - Sorry i disagree, if he had a yellow from the 1st foul he wound't of done the last tackle anyway.

Ian S - How you can say that I don't know, Chelsea like to play good football aswell as Barca, the pitch looked bad but in actual fact played ok.

still doesnt explain why they have waited so long to replace the pitch when in previous seasons they have always done it at end of Dec/beginning of Jan.

ref was awful, cant wait to hear what mourinho has to say about it all.

Have to say i agree about the pitch, chelsea left it like that intentionally, they are used to it and barca aint. Barca are a much better footballing side and a new pitch would have helped them so much with their game. Barca should have also had 2 penalties tho

totally agree.

Shall be funny to see what Mourinho has to say bout him play acting, and if anyone mentions Robben. Plus Chelsea play alot of long balls over the middle, so pitch suited them alot more than to Barca's style of play.

Yep, no doubt it will happen in the next week or so though now that this match is out of the way.

Robben 2nd half was good.

Drogba is CRAP (I hate him with a passion)

If Crespo was still on then Chelsea would of gone 2-1 up !

Anyway... Can you lot tell me when Stamford Bridge had a 2 week gap to re-lay this new pitch ?

TRY and fuck them over by pissing about with the pitch and they still win

eto goal was unstoppable!

Must admit terry fall and handball onto messi should have been a penalty

ref made lots of big mistakes tonight

chelsea played well but barca has 20 mins where they just showed chelsea up

Greg, im amazed he still sticks with Drogba, i dont think he is good enough for half of the premiership teams, let alone one challenging for European glory. You need Andy Johnson......

Anyway, i still fancy Chelsea to turn them over, think it will be a different game out there.

Can Del Horno appeal against the red card?

Red card can be appealed BUT if they decide its a poor shout then the ban can be longer !

We missed Essien tonight.

Wright Phillips needs to be played on the right bigtime and with regards to Drogba, please don't mention his name

how the fuck do you configure a pitch? its made out of grass not electrical components, fair play it needs time to knit because its placed in on sheets but that takes like 2 days.
