He parked his car up saturday night, came back to it in the morning and some tosser had written with marker all over his bonnet.

What's the best method to get rid of it? He's tried white spirit with no joy.

I've read that maybe if you spray lynx on it, it'll remove it?

Also going over the marker with a dry-wipe marker apparantly removes it

try windowlene glass cleaner!! its good for removing permanent marker from mirrors and windows so might get it off the bodywork too!
but use a rough cloth!

lynx etc removes marker off a lot of stuff so i'd try that.

t-cut worked for me once. but yea hair spray will work

The dry board marker does work on wipe boards but not sure about painted parts.

He seriously tried Whitespirit? Cant that be used as a paint thinner? If so is his bodywork now all stripped back to the metal?

Well, hasn't damaged his paint, but he still has "For Sex Call 07XXX XXX XXX" written on his bonnet

......... on a serious note deodorent did remover marker of my face once (got abused while asleep)

Or that Cif Kitchen cream cleaner stuff - I know for a fact that gets Permenant Ink off plastic etc
