sum twat who works at maccys thru 2 sauce packets at me car and 1 hit me i went into the store stormed behind the counter pushed him and he fell over and stormed out. the manager says she was callin the police which is when i left couldnt do with the hassle but the only thing i can think they can do is warn me not to cross behind the counter.
is pushin sum1 classed as assualt or wotever? or is it provoked assualt.

Yes, you assaulted him. You should have filed a complaint against him, he could probably prosecute you.

meh well i assume if nowt happens by tomoz then he aint done anything cus police would of come straight over. they know who i am bcus i used to work there. didnt he assualt me tho with the sauce packet to the side of me head was one of them big hard plastic ones and it fookin hurt.

theres no cameras of me pushin him i know where they all are might be one of him throwin sauce packet thru the window tho. if he gets police involved i will just press charges against him cus he thru one at me car which i sure there a law for damage or summit and 1 at me head.

Dont need cameras inside - if theres people that saw it then they are witnesses - if no-one witnessed him throwing things at you and theres no cameras seeing it either, you have nothing to go on, he does.
