Yes, but like a scar, the pain will only fade. It'll never dissapear.

Yeah it can be fixed but the pain that caused it will always be there at the back of your mind

I think it can be only fixed to a certain extent....say you'll be fine if not thinking about it...but the one day you see the person who broke your heart you'll still get that sinking feeling
Its all to do with seeing them with someone else etc etc I think a small part of you just hangs onto it.....
In this case Dave I feel you thinking you wish you curent girlfriend put out half as much as your ex?

No it can't, because in fairy tales the light flickers before looking like its going to go out, then magically before the story ends it all works out happily.
Unfortunately life doesn't always happen like that, so if the light is flickering, consider why the electrics were bad in the first place and whether the filament bulb wants replacing with a more modern energy efficient equivalent.

Jamie - Was just thinking about it really, i cant trust or love my current GF as much as i did my ex.
Fad - its wierd mate, me n shelley hav so much in common etc. But i just feel like i cant let her in, because at the end of the day, 9 times out of 10 people break up, gota ask yourself why bother putting youself through the pain?
Ian - Interesting

Stronger as in it can cope with more, or harder so it doesnt get affected?

is this that one in the avatar? whats she done? My best mate has been done over twice, his first bird just split up and his second was a fruity loop. I know can't be arsed with women at all. Even after 2 years. Every so often he as a new found thing but then he reverts to not giving a shit.
