After selling the P1 back in december ive been getting the bus to and from work, which now is becoming very very tiresome not to mention expensive. It actually cost me more to get on the back than it would in petrol in the P1 Anyways im looking for a nice cheap run around i have around £4.5k to spend. Been looking at TDi golfs but not sure really. Ive also had an eye on 1 or 2 calibra turbo's
Any opinions welcome

Ive saving for a mortgage so i had to sell the P1 but got a really good price for the P1 the corsa was sold to Mattb on here.

Ive been offered a cally t 56k on the clock the purple full vauxhall service history just a few mods like eds phase 2 front mount intercooler and adjustable actuator (SP) but he wants 3.8k not sure i wanna pay that for an n reg 1996 car

Rover 216, theres no point in getting anythink over 600 quid if you just want a cheap runna round.

I paid £350 for my rover and its been good to me.

Rovers don't need parts silly mine was held together by moss and sheer dumb luck

i picked a 3dr 306xs with 53k for 1300quid

all i've done is put petrol in it

if you just want a cheap run about look at L - P reg toyota's and mazda's, you'd get one for 600 - 800 and theyd keep going forever and wouldnt let you down, perhaps a little juicy though
