Windsor Leisure Center - I go to when back home. Kinda expensive, but nice atmosphere - plenty of gear and pretty big. Nice views over the river.

yeah i use my local council run gym cheap as im a student go to gym 4 times a week and swim there 2 times a week, good once u get into the swing of things i actually look forward to going.

im not trying to lose weight though trying to bulk up, could see how it would become boring if i was just doing cardio and light weights though to try and get in shape.

good atmoshpere to real salt of the earth sort of guys you know council workers bin men ect as it doesnt cost much to go all v friendly though.

I used to go but gave up because i just went to keep fit. Running up and down a school all day tends to keep me fit now lol.

Joined the Uni gym the other day. Only need to pay when I go, rather than monthly, which is good.

I do cardio every morning and train at the gym 4 days a week.
It's a lifestyle, not a hobby.

i go. Trying to concentrate on legs and cardio at the minute. I've got a really shit diet though so find myself unfit even though i'm more active than most, i seriously reckon my heart is fucked, going to go have a choleserol test asap.
I can jog at a steady pace, one that i could probably do for an hour + and the machine will be showing: warning maximum heart rate reached.

you dont reallyhave to judge if you should go to the gym on wether you sit in an office all day or not, even if someone has a mojorly active job yu can still be really unfit!!!
