Quality news, Liverpool have resigned Robbie Fowler. So glad as he was my fav player when he was with us originally...cant wait until his home debut on Weds night against Birmingham!

exactly, but its not just his abilities. Its what he is going to bring to the squad and supporters with his love for the club, etc.

yeh agree the club loves him to bits.Plus he is going to be playing with quality,okay manchester city aint shabby but at liverpool he will get great service from the players around him

well when i was at the spurs game, they said its been put back to the 1st of feb which is wednesday becuase we play pompy in the FA cup this weekend. sure they said that on the tanoy thingy

He has been charge with a s39 common assault...which in all honesty is the lowest form of assault you can be charged with. For example swilling someone with water would be construed as common assault...even verbal name calling can be deemed common assault..

Obviously there has been a domestic dispute of some sort...

That is incorrect...if he "beat up" his girlfriend he would have been charged with ABH or GBH...not common assault which is what he has been charged with...

soz, in ireland, so dont know your laws, but imo if your brought in for any kind of assult on a women - wife or other - i would call it 'beat up'. dont see a differance, lay a hand on a women so cause pain is beating up.... rant over

There have been no details released as to what happened so we can only second guess...

All im saying is he has been charged with common assault which is the most minor forms of assautl such as throwing water over someone or name calling as already mentioned...

The term "beat up" is irrelevant as this implies the infliction of physical violence against a person...which would therefore be classes as s39 Assault occassioning actual bodily harm...

He never received this
