I have "tinkered" with a few things since I last posted pics of my car on here - I've added Post 97 Rub Strips, Fitted GSi clocks, a Glovebox, headlight protectors and a standard Corsa splitter to my front bumper that I never had before. Since adding the strips, it seems to have gone even higher! However, I've just brought some 35mm GMAX springs to resolve this, Just need some shocks now though http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=261301

Comments, Ideas etc welcomed

Here's a "Before" pic:

And a few after including thy interior! :

Thanks. I ripped my originals off as soon as I got the car, then the more I did to my car, the more silly it looked! So I decided to whack some newer ones on. IMO, atm it looks a bit like a tractor, but when lowered, I think it should work out ok Reckon you'd be lookin at bout £30 for a set of new strips btw mate.

Don't know then mate. It's done nearly 127,000 miles though so its bound to be slightly broken! Revs right up to 5,500 - 6,000 at a push when its being pushed!

It doesn't seem to tbh, I've done rough speed checks against a mates car with standard clocks, we seem to be doing same speed - with same speed showing on clocks

Cheers I'm doing a 35mm Drop though just to be safe - lots of bumpy, potholed roads round near me so don't want to risk my car too much!

Yeh get some Nova Springs Hamman.

I had them on ET49 Rims. Could go 5-up wouldn't scrub. Just dodge PotHoles and take it slower over Speedbumps. You get used to it

Cheers for the comments guys

Gav S - The dice are just there for a laugh! 35mm is what I want tbh as I've got standard tyres on the 14's and they will scrub like fcuk if I'm not careful! The wheels have only been on 6 months to replace the steelies I had so I won't b changing them yet, and the later unprimed Post 97 bumper is my next thing on the ticklist

Phil - Didn't Nova springs fcuk ur suspension if I remember you saying?!

Jonster - Cheers Yeh got it for £450 on 117,000 last January, passed my test in May, done 10k since

Evisu - IMO, the old rub strips looked wank - thats why I removed them and the badges as soon as I got the car! These new strips are growing on me atm, and IMO, make the car look a wee bit newer - especially if I manage to source a Post 97 bumper

Well I've got 35mm GMAX springs sitting in my room atm awaiting Shocks. So I won't consider Nova springs anyway tbh - Anybody know if just a new set of standard shocks will be suitable if not? Wanna get the "beast" slammed ASAP but my shocks atm are fcuked - so do I need to uprate or just replace Very limited budget btw as I've just had to shell out £1300 on insurance

You need to colour code the passenger side mirror base
