why is half of the background blurred? surely if u wer showing off ur camera skills, evrything but the keyring would be blurred if u wanted that effect. but im not a photographer so i dnt know anything

I dislike that irmscher keyring.

looks tacky imo.

I have the older version.

Nice chunk of stainless steel, with irmscher laser etched into it.

wasnt arguing. was jst simply asking why he took it like he did. iv seen many pics hes taken before and they are truly amazing and im sure he could take it as a profession. jst wasnt very impressed with this one tho, perhaps i shudnt give my opinion on it in future

its a pic of the keyring he bought though, why would he put maximum effort into a keyring?? that would be a waste of his resources

using a wide aperture you create a small depth of field (what is in focus) which makes your subject stand out. I only wanted to show the irmscher bit so use f1.4. I probably should have used f1.8 just to get a bit more of it in focus.
