Told guy that offered 76k to put offer into lawyers and when lawyer confirms he has the offer the house is his...

BUT

If we get any offers over weekend that are more i will phone and tell him...

Got a viewing tomorrow at 1pm and they know we have been offered 76K already

Why didnt you stay where you are til you find a house. Your house will probably be worth more in 6 months wont it?

cheers ppl.it's nice and tidy and all fresh...

Karen is pregnant and house was meant to be sold last year but we had the accident which forced it back...we are selling and leasing for 6 months as we wanted it sorted and ready to buy a new one after baby born...and the money comes in handy too...

Pretty much what ive got planned for mine colour wise, magniola everywhere

Need better pics of bathroom with wide angle lense to get the overall effect of it....

Yeah rest of place is magnolia, kierans room is stone..We were in there and kieran in the bigger room but whenwe decided to sell moved room back...

All his toys are away his floor used to be covered in stuff...
