Got a viewing at 2.30pm for the house, then another at 7pm...Trying to keep place tiday with Kieran running about..Doing all the cleaning and that!!

i know the feeling, when i have to clean up a bit for my mum n dad after my little sister.. its like a twister behind you with all her shite

Very annoying!! and they never learn or listen so at the end i end up knackered and totally pissed off

Still selling myself, no offers as yet....

after todays viewings that will be 3 viewings...Hopefully an offer soon, only been 6 days though.. But i am really impatient

What does he like doing best? Tried playing a ''tidying'' game with him?

Why don't you put him in his room to play or to clean up? Sit him infront the tele?

Tell him if he's a good boy he'll get a treat.. normally works for me

On and off for a year we are close to a busy road so the type of people buying have young kids and it's a bit dangerous shame really, as most love it just a bit off putting near a road and I don't blame them really

Yeah kat he likes cleaing and tidying up but not really helpful , if i put him in his room after 10 mins it will be like a bomb site

He is sitting watching cbeebies the now....phewwww all nice and quiet..

yeah i was wanting 76K so only a grand off.....

Got a guy coming to look at 7pm so i will say to him that i have had an offer and need to decide.

Guy that was here needs to know tonight as his offer for mortgage runs out and he's got other stuff to see..
