I just got some universal side reaters today..cheaper than vaux i line and all that!
Got them home and took my std ones out and the new ones wont fit!
Because the std ones are on a angle and the universal ones aint!
S H I T!!

So now i gotta get the prober one are vuax i lines the only ones i can get..i want to get are tinted! o yer and they gotta be oval! what one shud i get!

My Side Repeaters are exactly like the ones pictured and were actually down as Ford side reps that will fit others! sure enough they fit my corsa like a piece of piss!

they wont go in..they need to be at an angle....there is a sheet of metal tht gets in the way!

hes right mine didnt either on mine on drivers side it would not go in due to something behind...... i just shortened mine took about two mins and fitted right in

Cut them down so they are sorter ie as basscrazy said!

you dont need to get them from vaux for the correct fitting. ABC do a nice selection of clear, smoked, and crystal side repeaters.

theres a carbon catch tank on the inside of the wing at the drivers side, i put an extension bar through and battered it out the way with a hammer, worked fine

no I know what he means.... the drivers side needs to be at an angle...
i also had this problem with my smoked repeaters... but i found away around this!
i used the original repeaters... i sawed the stem off the original repeater as it is angled as required.... i then sawed the stem off the universal repeater i then glued the angled stem on the the universal one with super glue... works fine for me! gotta be creative people

If you buy Irmscher smoked side repeaters they fit perfectly. You can get Irmscher smoked side repeaters as I have them on my car but unfortunately no updated pics since I put them on
