Probably not that much. Will mostly be done by machines with a computer at a guess.

just remember eye contact , dont look nervous , keep you hands where they can see them and you will do just fine , you will get the job and there phones no problem

Try and blag it totally. Nobody could actually be interested in glasses as a hobby or some shit. So try and sound smart and say you're very interested in the process side of things and intrigued as to how the lenses are developed and adjusted to work at different strengths.
