Some of you may know i was in an accident with a taxi before chrismas, he pulled out on me on a duel carrageway and i rear ended him.
Well today i recieved a letter from his solicitors stating that "They wish to act in connection with their clients uninsured losses" < does that mean he was only 3rd party?
and also he claims wiplash and an ankle indury
I just feel like going round to his house now and sorting it out as hes obviously a leeching fucker.

hes also lied to his solicitors and stated i "lost control and colided into the back of him" what a joke.
For what reason on an empty piece of duel carrageway at 11:45 at night would i smash into the back of the fucker unless he caused it?
The actual name of the solicitors is "Leech & Co" which is right for this case.

All you can do matey is send it onto your insurance, and hope that you've got a witness,
if you go round to his house then you'll be looking at a lot worse just running into the back of his car.

i reported the accident to my insurance company within 20minutes of it happening, i havn't recieved this letter untill today, i'm wondering why the letter didnt come from his insurance company and came directly from his solicitor.

About 3 police cars drove past one stopped and asked if everyone was OK.
Apart from that nope.
