Well, as some of you may know, the RX7 is a bit, erm, dead.
As i'm going to be getting rid of it one way or another , either in bits or as one, i'm going to need a different car.
Ideally, I want something that isn't a turbo, and that there isn't much to go wrong on it.
Potentially, I have £8k to buy it outright, or i'm willing to spend £10k ish if I get it on finance.
At the moment, i'm keen on the Honda S2000, or getting an old yank V8 (as theres not much to go wrong with the engine and its easy to work on).
Any other suggestions? Has to be RWD or 4WD and reasonably quick (or in the case of a yank tank, decent condition)

They can't be any worse than mine, but they are much easier to work on as the engine has bugger all to it.

Nah, parts aren't too bad engine wise. Bodywork is harder, but that can still be sorted out

Selling mine for £6k, as its worth over £8k in parts alone if I strip it. Insurance is group 20 import, so not cheap....

I'd have the s2k for practical reasons, i wouldn't touch a corvette etc the only one i'd have is a dodge charger
The e55 is a bit random, not very similar to the rest.

I think you'll find the S2k is a real car compared to American shite and an E55

I saw that one and wasn't sure if it was yours or not. It wasn't that one anyway - there's a grey one with gold wheels on there. I'd rather not bother with an import TBH though.
