I dont want any crap from some people on this (willay)
I have recently been made redundant as you know so want as much money as poss till i get a new job, anyway I have had a little offer on my site from someone and although I don't want to sell up, i am considering it.
How much do you think it's worth ?

if you put enough effort in you could make it work, or the person who's buying could actually be an agent from eBay and is buying you out

If I was you (and you seem to love you site) I wouldn't sell.
you will only regret it when you have a descent job again or if he makes mega money from it.
Just cut back for a while or work at tesco staking shelves for a bit and keep you site

How much of your site is custom built and how much is just off the shelf software?
If its mostly the latter, I would sell it

You'd be buying the established client/customer base too mainly.
491 registered users? How many of them are going to part with money to use the site? The only reason people pay so much to ebay is because there are so many users, most things will go for what they are worth.
