Just had Remax out...
I bought house for 33k 11 years ago now worth 75k.
Cost to sell with them is
£175 fee
£110 per add in paper
and 1.5% of final selling price, thought it was a wee bit steep..
Got your move comingout at 4pm for a valuation etc too..
Good thing though after all my work in the house says it's spot on move in condition for any buyer, wouldn't recommend doing anything..
Also my driveway/monoblock wall etc is a big selling point..

I used to work for Clyde Property up here.Remax have a bad name, they do focus on rushing and getting people in and out housees quickly, people go to them because they are cheap and cheerfull when really they coudlnt give a fuck about their customers.
If you are happy with them thats fine, dont be fooled tho.

To be fair i made him earn his money, as i only have 12 months of books so he did have to shop around and i did not want an interest only.
So at least I feel a bit better, its like speeding fines i want the photo at least i get something for my £60 then.
