Crashed the car, I only have myself to blame. Just hoping its not a write off! I phoned norwich union on the road side for a tow as I have breakdown cover who told me I couldnt because im not fully comp even though I was under the impression I was! My mum is fuming at norwich now cos its her policy and if the cars written off thats 2 grands worth down the drain.

Was going round a large roundabout, roads were particularly greasy tonight. I approached a section of the roundabout where the roundabout tightens and realised I was probably going to quick, turned into the roundabout on the inside lane and the back end slipped out, corrected it and slid for what seemed like a lifetime (felt fucking good though) as the car lined up i was heading straight towards the barrier, turned the steering wheel away and flew over a bit of kerb that sticks out, as i hit the road again i was turning away and the car understeered and slid straight into the barrier.
Can we please have no 'you drive like a twat' comments, there is no speed limit on the roundabout. Im just happy to be ok, and the fact no one else was involved. Im paying enough for the damage on the car.
I feel like enough of a twat for the fact a girl from work witnessed the whole thing as she happened to be right behind me at the time!
