I'm giving all this stuff a go too... I'm liking it. Haven't been to the gym this week, but my job is really athletic so I don't need to go. Though next week I'm going to start swimming again. I went loads last year then stopped in December. Guess it's time to pick that one up again then. Gonna try healthy eating too. Hmmm, I don't think that will happen though

i started in December, set my self a task of going to the gym at least twice a week every week, that way i'll do at least 2 every week rather than 3 one week and not going the week after. Already up to 12st which i have got to before but never maintain it or got higher. I have a bad diet has i don't like foods your meant to eat so i'll going to hit the cardio in order to try and conter act my poor diet a bit. Thats the plan anyway.
