Took the white weapon for MOT this morning.
Trusted garage done bits for me in the past nothing wrong.
Phones to tell me that there are a couple of problems.
Near side headlight adjustment well out (ok i accept that)
Both rear tyres need replacing (um...not to sure about that)
And my side repeater (BROSTER!!!!!!!) has stopped working - it hasnt even gone on the blink.
Dam it thats all of my money gone this month.
Had to tax the dam thing as well and pay my insurance (shouldnt complain about the last one)
Trust it to all happen just after xmas

How do you get your headlight adjusted so its ok? Do they just turn the adjuster on the back of the headlight till it lines up with a set mark on a wall?

It always happens after christmas, I've had to have the rear bumper re-sprayed, £110 road tax and a service!

Yep they actually move the light.
The car had LHD lights in it as it was originally a german car.

there are two little screws on the head light which your adjust to move the reflective casing about, easy job to do, takes seconds.
the side repeater will just be the connector fallen out..... no big deal.

Just wondering as mine are LHD so will put the standard ones back in for MOT time but I've messed around with the headlight adjuster on the back so the LHD ones dont blind oncoming traffic. So its likely to mean I'll have buggered the beam up
