Im waiting for hire car company to call me

Car was supposed to go in this morning, call for reg of courtesy car to move insurance and they dont have one, so now they are going to get a hire car company to call me, that they will pay for ... and surprise surprise i havent had a call

Just want my car to be fixed 18 miles in a taxi would be about £20 Andrew...
