You should try and cut down a little bit. Personally I changed a bag of crisips a day for 2 pieces of fruit, on top of the 2 I already have. I only drink water at work and have started taking some vitamin supplements and cod liver oil. I really feel healtier for it and dont miss the crisps anymore

they do have a fruit n nut mix.. and quavers.

glad im not the only one who eats 3 or 4 packs a day

but, i dont eat chocolate much, and my main meal is always healthy if i cook it myself
