Ok, been a while since joining a new forum, and calling myself a newbie

Been a ford owner for 8 or the 9 years of driving (had an ill fated fling with a mk1 golf for my first year of driving) I now Co-own www.escortrsturbo.co.uk, and currently restoring a series 1.

Anyway.......... the point i joined The missus bought an ex REVS staff car a few months ago off e-bay, and im now slowly doing a little more work on it. I need help/advice/parts......... because i havn't really got a clue about Vauxhalls

Car in question

I've never paid attention to corsas before really......... so the first question- is there a better interior? i.e black cloth, recaro styleee seats? and more importnantly, can someone point me in the right direction with someone selling an interior?

Looks like its got the old style grey interior aswell, if you can get one from a newer sport or sxi for example you can get black carpetted interior and black door pods and plastics etc.

Butler - belonged to Dan @ revs, they did a budget feature in the mag a year ago (a set of wheels and a bodykit when he was on holiday) they painted the sides and the bumpers, but left the rusty bonnet and tailgate as was, along with the roof

Ant - picture just before it came to bits for a bareshell paint

JR - thanks for the info good to see the vauxhall lads are just as helpfull as us ford boys

welcome to cs mate

get an interior of a later sport post 97, black door fron and rear door cards and sport seats, alot better than the old grey trim. Sport seats are comfy and well supportive..
