He took it for a drive and feels perfect on the road now..

Put it back on the rollers and

198.7 bhp which is up from the last time.
Boost holds good at 1bar with a slight dip at 4000rpm.

Not got scanner no more for graph, might try and take a pic of it..

Graph is still slightly up and down but no issue on the road, he thinks it may be a characteristic of the s40, he hasn't done one before on the rollers.

Might be due to the electrically controlled boost i think he said...

All in all well happy though,
power is up
feels alot better on the road too, not too worried about the up and down aspects of graph..
going to ask on s40concepts if anybody else had there T4 on the rollers..

198.7bhp @ 5815rpm
290.4 Nm of torque

it's a 1.9 turbo..

feels great on the road and keeps on pulling.

figure few weeks ago was 191bhp.

changed
plugs
oil
lead and coils since then and feels 100x better...

even though it's only up what 8bhp feels like it's up 50 due to how it drives now... no hesitation at all..

yeah edd but not too fussed at 198.7..

next year full s/s exhaust and unichip i think..

should see 240bhp

whats the torque like mav. your down 10nm on standard. peak maybe up just a few but I suspect your torque curve is healther too

200bhp standard

1.9 turbo 16v

torque is alot better ross too...he mentioned the torque when it came off....

get it done..

cost £150 for coils and leads for mine, got the NGK laser plugs and oil etc change done by my brother in law for nothing so £150 well spent i think...
