Well basically i like this girl, she likes me but she says when im out she'll never be able to trust me because i've been quite a dark horse when it comes to women which she knows all about!

She's so scared of getting hurt, i just want to prove tat i like her and want to give it a go!

Help me chaps, whats can i do to make things better

There is no 'proof', only evidence. If she has no evidence, she has no reason not to trust.

She is very well placed to not get hurt; aware of what she doesn't want and with someone who has learnt enough to know whether they want to or not.

I'd take dark horse, cautious and clear over 16, naive and curious.
