What alternatives are there m8?

I just find maximuscle stuff tastes ok, digests really easy, no bloating etc. as for the effectiveness of the product i guess its hard to measure.

I have used dymatize elite whey and Optimum Nutrition whey. When i used to bodybuild i went on american sites alot and those were some of the 'big' brands. You get more and is usually alot cheaper than maximuscle.

a former competitor once told me to get a big bowl, loads of oats, 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, raisins, mix it together, slam it in the microwave until it was like bread then eat it throughout the day
