Right then as im now saving my pennies i have thought long n hard about this

respray the car ina deep blue (like the Lambo blue or a proper Kandy)
get some new wheels, i am gonna have a little trip to R-Tec to see whats new in the land of Rimz
some new suspension is on the cards too. possible SPAX RSX kit (the Koni yellows and springs i have just arent that nice to drive)
a new gear box is also needed as this one is shagged.

i am keeping the bodywork as is.. cos it looks fine. might get some angel eye headlights tho. (got a hole in my euro headlights )
get my seats in FINALLY, paint the interior up. the pillers, the dash everything.
blue carbon false floor and rear 1/4 panels, smooth and paint the rear arch bits inside the car.
a fusion cage (not a huge one, but chrome it anyway)
full SFS hoses under the bonnet and try and get some more chrome under there too.
10-15lbs bottle of NOS (probably wont use it. just want one there sad i know)

then later on in the year start my engine building. will be ordering some custom rods and pistons. also a bigger turbo and some custom management (have been offered the EVO5 chip for cheap, which is meant to be 310bhp)
an LSD, (if going with engine management then will get launch control too )
but all that side of things are taking a back seat to making the car look perfect..

WHAT YOU THINK ???

sell it all, keep engine, buy runaround, mod engine over time, buy tuning bits, look for corsa shell, build it all at once, and properly, should work out better in the long run.

is what i'd do if it were me

Why should he build it the way other people want him to? He obviously likes bodykits etc, its his car he has to drive it, he has to spend the money on it, most of all he has to like it and do it how he wants to! The whole term of "sleeper" has lost its meaning imo as cars with bodykits now are expected to be a puny 1.0 etc as I believe this is a LET? .... This car would surprise you more than a standard looking one these days.... Looking round CorsaSport now all you see is "GSi kit, Speedlines" Talk about combat kits being overdone....

TBH when i see a kitted up car heavily kitted... i think its slow as shit.... but when i see something low on 15s or 16s i think hmm this could be fast, so technically Steve's is a sleeper
