OK seeing as most people on here post up about their lives etc. I will do the same as I am bored! 
Basically I sent my ex girlfriend (not the one in PL ) an email a few weeks ago telling her I didn't wanna stay in contact with her any more for various reasons, she never replied to it, anyway do you think I should stick to my guns and not send her an xmas card or get her anything, or am I being a bit harsh? 
I still like her (maybe even love her, I'm not sure), but whenever I spoke to her in the past she'd go on about what she does when she goes out on the piss etc. ie. telling me about blokes coming on to her and that, and I just don't really want to know about that sort of stuff - me being jealous I guess. So that's why I thought it would be best to just not keep in contact with her.
I kinda miss her still... Argh!

send her a card and ask to meet her around christmas saying uv got a present for her. fuck her....dry of course and then tell her that u dnt want to stay in touch
or if all she does if get u upset by tellin u about what she gets upto jst stay away and ull eventually get over her

If she didnt reply then IMO she dont really give a fuck....if she really was cut up she would of rang you or emailed you back asking why?
Birds like that are head fucks and are best left alone...what kind of bird brags about her luck with the lads and her conquests with an ex? She's just trying to make you jealous.
Sorry to be harsh but leave well alone...i cut myself off from an ex serious g/f which was hard but fuck mine its better than wallowing in self pity thinking what if?

Sounds a bit like she was telling you about when she goes out to either make you jealous or because she wanted more attention from you.
She's your ex so if you dont send a card or a present then its not harsh as you arent together.
If you grew apart and kept argueing when you were together do you think that would change if you got together again

I think I should have made this thread into a poll!
It just fucks my head up a tad, whenever I was with her in the past (as friends) there was still something there and we both knew it.
Maybe just a card only out of politeness?

I know it's hard but the only way to be creul is to be kind, nice guys always finish last.
The way I see it is, if it was meant to be it would be...
Get a grip, go out and meet new people, set a few small goals to achieve over the year & In no time you will meet a new woman someone who will treat you alot a better and makes you more happy than your ex.
The only way you will get over her if you have your mind on a new relationship.

Send a card to show there are no hard feelings. If you still like her tell her how you feel you will never know until you say something!! Lifes too short!
She tells you about her nites out and other guys to make you jealous or its just a way of hiding the pain so might be feeling because of the split.
Personally it's too hard to stay friends with your ex they move on meet new people. I only speak to 1 of my ex's and thats the 1 that hurt me the most never thought i'd speak to him again but for some reason something will always be there between us.

I wouldn't bother sending an xmas card to any of my ex's, what's the point? She probably enjoys the fact that you keep running after her, i would stick to your words and not bother. You will get over her if you stop having contact with her, keep seeing her and you won't.. i don't mean to sound harsh, but it seems she just wants you around when it suits her.
