734hp and 500ftlb uncorrected

702hp and 490ish torque corrected

and it still needs a bit more mapping to finish it off,
also makes full boost by 4000rpm

I wouldn't say it'd go pop, he's known for making reliable power isn't he, spent loads of time making power gains here and their safely?

Thats with No Nitrous and 1000rpm off full mapping revs.

That was only upto 7500rpm and the engine is capable of 8500+rpm and the power was 'still pulling hard'

So i'd be eyeing up 750bhp and 550ft/lb

I'm no expert on these things, but going on how people have described the engine, and how far it was pushed this time, we could be talking 800bhp and 600lb plus???

Anyway, the power figures are just pub talk, I can't wait to see what times this thing does

He's not divulged any info on spec yet...

But it could be anything. Karl Norris' 3dr is a 1.8, a lot of cossies are 2.1 or 2.2. Will be interesting to find out!

karls 3 door cossie? surely if its a 1.8 its a BDT lump, not a YB?

and it could actually be anything up to a 2.6 depending on who build it (ie millington)

although i seem to remember hearing that martin wanted to use a standard 200 block, not a millington one or anything
