Isn't it two years for every 3 points you have but then you have to pay again to have them removed off your licence?

I know for a fact as I had mine removed.
It was 3 on your actual Printed license, then declared for 5 for insurance

i think its 3 or 4 years (depending what they were for), and after that you can apply for them to be taken off. But most insurance companies ask for the last 5 years.

I got caught speeding in december 2001
the points stay on the liecence for 3 years
but you need to wait 4 years to have them removed so in december I can send mine off and have it washed!
they charge u for it tho the fcukers
oh and insurance will require you to delcare them for 5 years

what if your insurance company just 'renews' your insurance without asking if you have anything to declare?

Can anyone confirm if this is true?
as I did my offence on the 12th of Feb... but I only got my points in the summer after court summons.
Is it 3 years since 12th of feb?
