Nah its not me running it. I complain about the price of petrol as much as anyone else does - I just think that its a good idea for anyone that thinks petrol is expensive - you're at no loss if it doesnt all work out in the end - if it does, you'll be getting cheaper petrol and people will be wishing that they had done it in the first place.

It's basically a way for lots of people to club together and negotiate a discount with one particular oil company.
i.e. Once pipelinecard have got enough members, they can bargain with one oil company for a discount, in return for customer loyalty from quite a large number of people -- a win-win situation

There is no point in complaining about petrol prices. The price of a barel of oil is only going to go up as the ammount of oil goes down. It all makes perfect sense to me
