there a tuning company.

anyway, i wanted to get my car on the rollers and managment correctly set up to get the most out of the little 1.2, he gave me a quote of £95. is this alot? seemed abit steep to me and not worth the money on a 1.2

he said i could get the engine management setup without using the rollers for £50. but i assume its not as acurrate.

time on the rollers is usually quite dear like....

it's always worth it if your car will be running spot on even on a 1.2.

IF that's geniunely mapping + rolling road session £95 is cheap.

Since just for a power read out most places charge £35-£45. and for me to get a re-map is like £450.

However - due to the price - I'd be concerned about the quality of what he'll do... i.e. he may just make it run ultra rich / ultra lean or something gay.

They're in Bexleyheath aren't they?

I want to get a power reading for mine and they are the nearest (and very convenient) rolling road to me but I have my reservations as i've heard they're not that great and quite dear.

Anyone know if this is true?

Anyone had good experiences with them they'd like to mention to put my mind at ease?

Is Roadsport in Charlton still operating?

Not to be harsh rus, but for a 1.2 theres better thinsg to spend £100 on,

i would advise getting the mixture right, then will run better and treat dont need rollers to do this

Heard a few bad stories about sanspeed but you always try and reserve judgement.

guessing your probably better off waiting and going to a place that is highly rated

Indeed Jimbo, an excellent idea with only two flaws.

Firstly, Power Engineering are based in Uxbridge...

And secondly, and more importantly...

Power Engineering are based in Uxbridge.

Now, i'm sure it may appear that there was in fact only the one flaw in your statement and that I have referred to it twice, and this is indeed true.

However, I felt that your error was such a glaring one, it justified being mentioned twice.

Sanspeed are cowboys Rus leave well alone

You cant ajust the engine management unless you chip it right? Best bet it to get the fuel mixture checked and leave well alone
