Just got back... another top day!
Car ran loads sweeter than last time, thanks to us having a bit of prep time.
Bit of a drama on the way. Mine broke down at the services, so Adam (nova van) had to run my mate back to his house for bits, while me and Chris_S watched lorries go past.
Got there about 90 minutes late... then straight into the action.
The main focus of the day was 0-100-0... But I soon just got interested in my 0-60 times as part of that.
Remembering my car doesn't have an LSD, it normally does between 6.3 and 6.7. First few runs were consistant with that, but they were a bit poo.
Did something right then got a 5.9. Then a few more runs later I got a 5.38
Even the timing guy from Datron said that was about the best I could expect from my car, and I certainly would be doing well to better it!
So I'm hoping to tap a sub 5 sec time with a diff, and drop it even lower with a proper set of tyres
My aim is still the Nova Van, more grip, more power, less weight and a 4.2 0-60!
Chris_S ran also, but can't remember the times as he fooked his box up for most of the day

Thats fookin quick, good work lad. Credit must go to you as the driver too i think, obviously the car is quick but would be easy to fuck it up and spin the wheels all the time. Well done.
Wonder if there will be any timing gear must be wrong posts

Fook knows, I just got an invite off Redline, so it will be in there.
This mad scoob did a 2.6 0-60 and a 5.6 0-100. Mental.
I'm amazed it did so well, esp without a diff. The runs did feel fast though. I certainly had the feel for the car today.
Next time it does anything like this it will have a diff, so I will be able to tell you exactly how much a diff improves your times.
The timing gear was datron, so I'd hope it was right!
