i currently have 15's on my corsa i'm plannin on havin some custom wide arches fitted and wanna fit 18s'what work needs to be done to get them fitted.what suspension is best.mines lowered -40mm at the mo would that need to be changed.

you could probably lower it more than that on 18s as long as its shocks + springs ? and depends on the wide arch kit. u2u boyracer2002, he knows all about big wheels on corsas lol

yep 18s shouldnt be too much of a problem, need to lower it more than that though

i'm worried bout the inside of the wheels hittin the bottom of the suspesion strut thats all.

heres the arches i'm fittin



u reckon much work will be needed.

animal arches, nice choice, aslong as a gd bodyshop is fitting them i cant see any problems

iaz travelled from shropshore, well worth the travel, and yes i think ure car needs sum wide archs on it, also maybe sun flake in the paint or another colour on top of white?

my car has a blue pearl over it already so i wanna keep that in it.

i mite see if the place i had all that done to it will do it for me.he's cheap but his work is mint.

he did all the work on my mates nova and it was mint not a thing wrong with it.



so i'll have a word with him see what he can do

coilovers, get the 18s to sit nice and low in the arches, its pointless having big arches and then nt hugging the arches

take it the lip under the arch extension would need to be cut away.

theres no lip on the standard arch, just the bolt

i mean the arch extension would be bonded over the top of the original arch so surely the original arch would need to be cut back to allow for the 18's

yea mate, the lip get taken away and attacted to your new arches, that way making more room available!

yeah.rite gonna try and get £150 for the arches and see what they look like then get the money together for the 18's.it'll b the only corsa on 18's in my town.then again its the only corsa styled like that in my town
