Got in at 8.30, had dinner, went to bed at 12, asleep by 2 and was up at 5.45 and in work for 6.20.

Always feel tired when i first wake up but im fine after a cup of coffee

Thing is tho, if I go to bed exactly 8 hours before Im due to get up, I lay there for ages not being able to sleep, reading and wanking, if I go to bed earlier tho, to allow for this - I fall asleep straight away, missing my wank and "over sleeping".

time before midnight is worth two hours after midnight! or something like that!

I feel like crap every morning weather or not i had 5mins or 12hrs.

Its called sleep inertia.

Those of you describing the same effects above is because u go into such a deep sleep when u wake it hurts

4 to 5 hours sleep a night is pritty normal for me, im quite fine if i have an hours nap after work before tea,

went to bed at 12 and work up at 6:40 felt like shit so decided to lay there for another 10 minutes before dragging myself to the shower

couldn't be arsed to cycle to work either.

I've been out everyday this week apart from Sunday night when someone broke into my car. Out again tonight, Friday and deffo Sunday cos we wanna try one of the new student places.

I feel fine Got the flu but still feel fine

So not had that much sleep since last Friday
