While I wholeheartedly agree that prohibiting the use of tie pins containing a St George cross is ridiculous, I also don't want blatent racism in its most deliberate and offensive form on the forum, hence the thread is deleted.

Thought it might have been deleted. Can understand why you have done it, and dont think im having a go here, but its come to something when you cant discuss something that has made the national news on an internet message board, and again just shows what a joke this country is.

I didnt read the thread before it got trashed so i dont know what was said, and, as i said before, i can understand why it got deleted.
I wasnt having a go at you and trying to sound like i was telling you what can and cant be discussed on this forum, i apologise if it came across that way, and it was probs made a bit generally to the UK in whole when soon as a "Racial" topic comes to the forefront of something it seems to be swept away and best left alone. Im all for debate and dicussion, but probs like you in a sensible way, and if people are going round calling people pakis, niggers whatever, then i agree its not on, there is a way to put an opinion forward in a sensible way which from what you have said it wasnt.

I'm not a big fan of the England flag myself.
But I wouldn't complain about an English person, in England after all wearing a tie pin with their national flag on it.
But from a thread a little while ago its ok for tesco to have an indian opening day.
I'm not racist at all but its going too far.
If people come into this country, through other countries which have an asylum policy, its illegal in the 1st place and they have no right to complain about the nationals supporting their nation.
