Exercise. Eat sensibly. Don't push yourself beyond your capabilities as you'll only injure yourself.

Don't know loads as some people on here do but that's a start.

Very hard to do at the same time mate. You need to bulk first....then cut....Putting it simply, you bulk by eating a high calorie high protein diet combined with an intense heavy weight training schedule to put on mass. nce you have reached your goal mas wise, you cut, so you will need to do more aerobic exercise to cut your body fat down. I cant be arsed to give a full detailed explanation, but check out www.skinnyguy.net very good info on there.

as a general rule:

lots of low weight reps = weight loss
few reps of heavy weights = build muscle,

to start though if your of average build then probably the easiest way is to overload by doing press ups and pull ups, once you start to bulk up a bit then u need to start onto correct diets and heavy weights etc

gotta remember regression though... if u dont keep it up youll start to loose it over time..

u cant lose weight and gain muscle at the same time...

i'd do the following - burn of ure fat using one gym regime for 3 months consisting mainly of CV and low weight more rep weights then after this assess whether ure at a fat level u want ot be (weights nothing its how much fat u have) then,.....

work on ure muslce by protein enriched diet followed by more concentrated core workouts - heavier weights less reps but work them until they rip

It is transfered to muscles through the red blood cells and aids in restoring muscle energy (ATP), it carries water and causes the muscles to retain water - hence gain in weight, but if you stopped using it, i'd say around 85% of the weight you have gained, you will eventuallly piss out as the muscles deplete the retained water.

Didnt notice the age tbh.

I would say the most important thing would be the right diet.

Yeah exactly. The gear does make a big difference quickly though.

When I came out i could bench press 80kgs for 3-4 reps. 2 months later I'm doing 110kgs for 3-4. Also put on over a stone
