really good bunch of people here, i get me own office (not a great view but hey)

its perfect for a first time job really, quite laidback with its busy times here and there..

nothing too complex to fix either, now that we have remote access to peoples PCs (just be initialised 2 weeks ago) it makes the job 100% more efficient

its only 15 mins drive from home and parking is really safe too.. so gonna stay here for about a year to get experience in 1st/2nd line support (i do both) then its off to find something bigger and better

really liking it here..

im getting more and more responsibility as the days go on.. i have to do all the stats for fault calls now, as well as sorting all the shared area access (i dont approve them thats the security managers job) i put them onto the system

but its not hard job in anyway.. just sometimes it goes a little crazy here :lol

take today for example.. its the monthly PowerGenerator test this morning that always causes a few problems

I love my job too. Good hours, better pay than i was originally told (just been in the office) and i hardly do anything.

I'm a little worried i might get fat though as there are loads of women here feeding me toast, chocolate and biscuits.
