I decided that once my sound system was in my boot, i wouldnt do anything else to my car.
just enjoy it for a bit, then sell and buy an audi tt.
HOWEVER, just found a pic which gave me an idea...
should i do this to my car?
it'll match my new black suede tyupe boot build,
but it pushes me furthur away from my TT...

dont know how much you want to spend but i would do it the other way round and the bonnet of carbon fibre! pretty much for show rather then performance.

no it wouldn't. darker colour on top would look like more weight on top than the bottom. it would look unbalanced.
you currently have the lighter colour on top. it looks good and is correct.

Do it! But deffo the other way around! Would look miles better with black on the top! And still keep rims dark!
Just look at Sam Fears and that guy who has the same paintjob with black at the bottom! No doubt which is best looking!

His is silver at the bottom, thats why it works. This is gold that will look silly at the bottom, go gold at the top, black bottom and dark wheels
