Is there any software that allows you to drag the icons around? Sounds a little daft but i have loads of windows open at once

Drag the taskbar icons? If so, drag them where?
On my Windows XP it allows you to group icons such as Internet Explorer windows for example?

Drag them about so they are in a kind of order on the Taskbar.

What sort of order? Alphabetically? Type of application?
The only thing I'm aware of is just the 'Group similar taskbar buttons' option in Taskbar properties in XP?

Seems a bit pointless what you're asking?
If you have say more than 10 windows at a time open or something, you could drag the taskbar up a little so you have two rows of icons instead of the one you have now, so you can see the names of the windows etc.?

Probably be able to do it in one of the newer versions of windows that eventually gets released.
