just ordered janspeed manifold and decat, now i'm scared, as i dunno what i NEED to remove to get them on (egr, second air pump etc)
i have aircon, and i'm fucked if i'm gonna be taking that out

dont you have a stripped out rear in your car??
If you have Air Con, PAS etc. etc. sitting in the front of your car then it will have a rubbish weight distribution...

Just the secondary air injection that gets binned, egr is in the inlet manifold anyway

i have a stripped out everywhere in my car, and i know, but i cant be arsed with the hassle of removing the whole dash, engine, and loads and loads of pipes and wires, but it may have to come to that

with the janspeed manifold, you can either keep the secondary air pump or not. look in the centre of the manifold on this pic:

i welded a plate on the inside of the hole on mine and filled it with exhaust paste as it leaked a bit easier to make a plate that fits on the outside, bit like a teardrop shape. janspeed sell them iirc. there is a hole in the manifold to bolt it into as well
