so i have decided as of monday (that gives me all this week to do what i like )
i am going to start running each day start off with 20min and work up towards doing 1hr+ per day
starting my weights again, i havt lost any strength but i really need to start it up again, and i have already started doing 100+ situps per day, some in the morning some in the afternoon (before dinner)
also working in some skipping and swiming in there at some point
i need to loose 1 1/2 stone (damn the beer and cakes)
also i have already started to cut back on my intake of food/drink (ish)
but as from monday i will be cutting out all the crap and cutting right back on the booze.. that and switching to Vodka Diet Lemonade..
well thats the rough game plan.. was thinking about taking that MaxiMuscle Thermabol (spelling) the weight management stuff.. which it says help cut the fat quicker.. anyone used it before ???
cheers
Steve

it's best not to do sit ups everyday.
Steve, just do plenty of jogging to get rid of the fat, everyone has a six pack its just most peoples is covered in fat.

yeah i really just need to cut fat at the moment. then work harder on defining the muscle groups...
will still work on the main muscle groups anyway, but will hit them hard when i work off some of this fat...
my arms and legs are fine.. but tummy, sides and a little on my back (yes i have back fat)
once thats gone down a bit i will step it up on the situps etc

i really want to start kick boxing but can't find anywhere to go and dunno if i'd dare go. I've got really poor flexibility too so i've been working on that. Do they go easy on beginers?!
