Im feeding my muscles

I had a protein shake as soon as i woke up but breakfast this morning was weetabix and 2 eggs/10 egg whites scrambled.

I had fried rice with egg, sausage and diced pork chop in yesterday for brunch was really nice actaully, kind of like a 'breakfast fried rice' my dad does live with a rice picker tho.
