only in the lupo, but on the private road i take on the way home there was a audi A3 1.8t with exhaust/wheels etc in the next lane on the sliproad, slowed down to 30 to get through a speed camera and changed lanes

heard the A3 acclerate next to me so thought it would be worth a go, went form 30 to a indicated 115 and it couldnt overtake

id imagine it was trying becasue you could hear how much they were reving it etc

surely 150bhp should have been able to take a 3 cyclinder deisel made me smile anyway

put it like this....if they didn't hold their value so well and weren't so ridiculosly expensive to buy even 2nd hand I'd sell my XE Corsa tomorrow to own another one....i really enjoyed it while i had it. (only had it 9 months - company car).

I know it sounds strange but it was really just that fun to own and a stupidly good MPG to match

they are deceptively quick, we could keep with james, but not pass albeit on low boost due to lambda probe broken and broken ecu. Great little cars, we had james' lupo for a day and i was more than impressed with it.
