they are probably working out which bits to "undevelop" in order to get people returning and spending more money on ICV's and nonsense sensors

Aye my Uncle is pissed off cos there is a guy thats gonna buy a VXR from the dealership my Uncle works at. The guy thats buying the VXR has got a Mk4 GSi that my Uncle is gonna buy off him when the guy gets his VXR but now its all been delayed!

the one on top gear had STANDARD astra dampers
Vauxhall wanted to delay the filming and put the correct ones on, but as they didnt have any as yet topgear were unwilling to delay the filiming
therefore they ran the car with shite dampers, as apose the the autocar test where is had the correct dampers on it

i cud always put the 18k into a savings account and sit on it lol my sister works for vauxhall so she get a little staff discount which is quite alot when its a brand new motor

the VXR is getting it exhaust tuned this week and then it should be going into production
the first 300 will be in the UK for end of Oct 05 and the rest will be late November
They have orders for about 800 so far
This info comes from a Vauxhall source

Surely she wont get that much if any off a VXR even if she works for Vauxhall? They are in demand, they dont need to give discounts to sell them

18k By fully loaded what extra's are you getting? just looked on the vauxhall site and i't around 19k with just Leather pack and metallic Silver Paint
I would spend my 18k else where personnally but if you really want a VXR why ask us
