What do you use to find the best shift point?

Please dont say the limiter

Would it be just as the power band falls from a dyno read out as then you would have had the maximum power?

between 4000 - 4500rpm

i mostly drive in this manner

But if you shift at peek power you are not using it because the clutch would obviously take power away and it would be wasted.

Depends how I'm driving......if I'm taking it easy, anything between 3.5k to 5k; if I'm hooning it, between 5k to 6k.

Last RR session showed peak-power at 6008 rpm...

My torque curve peaks at 5500 rpm however when it comes to racing I just take it the limiter

everyday driving 3k

yes was definitely 39 speed in the first one, Gran Turismo in the car as well

My car revs to 8,000rpm but peak power is at 7,200rpm. even if im ragging it I tend to aim for a 7k change!
