Will an Astra coupe hold its price ..??

I want to buy a Europia (sp) Blue, possibly 2.0L Turbo model.. Looking at 7ish grand but worried about depreciation?

I reckon its done most of its depreciating now, keep it clean and the miles down and you'll be fine!

Once the VXR comes out it will depreciate a little more, but can't imagine it will be much, as Stu said keep miles down and a regular service (dealer if you can) should be fine

Think you will get one cheaper than that mate, I paid £5950 for mine in europa blue with leather 2001 reg 55k miles

It was totally standard no spoiler on the boot, now has FK grill Gsi front Irmscher spoiler. Soon to fit the 18" wheels off the new astra and lower it 40mm. Then it will get phase 1 and a FMIC

I thought all turbo's had the rear spoiler in 2001

I am looking at similar cars -- haven't seen a 2001 car with that mileage much under 7k...

My coupe turbo is for sale at £7,750. 2001, 2.0 Turbo, Europa blue, full cream leather, tuned to 240bhp.. and only 31,000 miles

Have you got any figures out of it since the 240BHP tune? 1/4mile 0-60 etc? Is it much quicker than standard what have you had done?

It is a lot quicker than standard. Standard 1/4 is meant to be 15.6, I have done it in 14.592 @ 96.4mph. 0-60mph I would say is low 6s.

New standard turbo. Insurance isn't too bad, £940 fully comp for me a year.

So the only thing you have to declare really would be the airbox and stainless.. the rest is not worth mentioning...

It won't have (maybe have a couple months left if he got the extended pack).

I'd be quite up for looking at it this weekend as I'm ready to buy really... (only in central london).
