Finally got the install finished, after a year of let downs, lots of work etc please see below.

Sorry about the pics, my cam is broke and I had to use a mates.

I am really pleased with how its turned out.. There is already a few things I need to change. The alcantara on the A pillars / Door rings is fake cheap stuff and looks naff imo, that will be changed for real alcantara.

The roof lining, A pillar, B pillar and C pillars are all being retrimed in silver like the seats and the doors a more charcoal colour to match them.

The lighting in the boot is a naff blue, everyone has blue so I will be changing that for orange (black and oranage looks awesome)

I was very gutted the 3 ways I had purchased would never of fitted.. I had planned on one going in the door and the other mid bass in the kicks however the magnets on these speakers are HUGE. As you can see we have had to build the door out on a MDF ring as it is!!! No way I could have had another speaker in the kick as i would not of been able to drive properly!!

It really does sound fantastic, such good quality, just what i wanted. The install suits the subtleness of the car I think too!

Anyhow think its coming towards the end for my car now.. I have spent so much on it... Just a couple more things around the corner...

Comments??

looks good mate i see you have some focals up front, but what you using to power them? and what gear have you got in the back? looks like a JBL W12

But i agree - not sure about the placing of the PS2 - sorry to say, but it looks like an after thoughts And im not sure about the whole fibreglass install, something covered in alcantara/leather and two toned to match the seats might have been better.

But i agree - its pretty subtle, yet a bit mean as well and it suits the car pretty well mate
And tbh, if it sounds good and youre happy then heeeyyyy

p.s - need more over head shots of the boot install though

I have to agree. Something along the lines of this would've looked better IMO:

But i'm not taking anything away from the install. Does look good And your obviously pleased with it and thats all that counts

Alpine IVA-D300RB
Focal PolyKevlar K3P 6 1/2"
Diamond Audo TDX12D2
Diamond Audio D5 1200.1
Diamond Audio D5 600.2
Optima Yellow Top
Sony Silver Play Station 2
Stinger Wiring
Custom Fibreglass Install

Is whats in the car... no JL 2"spits on the ground"

I love the PS2, its not quite how I wanted it,

I wanted in standing vertical where it is.. but the CD would of played rubbish inside + the wires would of been harder to hide...

I hope to get more pics once my dad is back form Belize when I can use his Digital SLR

course, but its nothing special personally, if it was mounted in a rear card or built into the roofing, then yes that would be special and worthy of the rest of the build - but thats just my 2 pennies etc

either way, it looks impressive, especially the gear list

I would have used a slimline PS2, that one just looks huge.

Apart from that its nice but not sure if it suits your car.

That looks really nice mate. Have u got 2 amps in there, if so where is the other 1?
I am not a fan of where the ps2 is, just looks out of place.
Glad u got it done though.
