Can someone make my wheels gloss black with the centre BADGES still silver and lower it down a fair bit but nothing silly.

i guess you mean the badges rather than the centre caps Ollie?
would look daft with silver centres IMO

Just the badges leave silver, imagine how bad they would look with silver centre caps

chrome would look uber guff, its a nova not some yank tank on 22s ffs I think gloss black would look mean but its very difficult to do on PS
